Valla, The Soulblade Investigator
Valla, a gifted psionic that serves as an investigator in the great city-state of Stormwall. Usually dressed in a mix of leathers and fine clothes with a cloak so that she can blend in where ever her work takes her. She wields psionic blades that are made of psychic energy, so they leave no wounds on her opponents.
The city-state is a hub for interplanar trade - so she is able to pick up contracts to investigate planar anomalies. In reality, her true mission is to keep her people safe from their extra-planar foe, The Dark Dreamer. She's done sitting idly waiting for it to find them, so she searches for evil Somnari and their secret cult - The Chosen.
