Hadak, The Master of The Foundry

Hadak is known to be reclusive, hateful and merciless. When not overseeing the manufacturing lines he locks himself away in his workshop experimenting on poor unfortunate souls and/or constructs. He was once a Pit Fiend that served The Lords of The Nine Hells. He designed the first infernal engines that would consume souls as fuel.

He was bested by a mortal that sought to undo their agreement. They maimed him and cast him back into hell. He did not die, he dragged his mutilated body into The Foundry and was rebuilt.

Now he is half fiend and half construct. A Forge Devil. Using the machinations of The Infernal War Machines he reforged his body. He still suffers from his wounds as he can no longer breath on his own. This constant reminder fuels his hatred for the mortals that did this to him. To improve upon his form and take after the Infernal War Machines, he included the ability to ingest demon ichor through his mask. Using this he can overcharge his flesh and machinations thus increasing his strength, speed and instilling him with a furious rage.

Hadak is one of the most influential and powerful devils across the Nine Hells. If the Foundry were to stop creating the Infernal Forgeborn, War Machines or Hellfire Engines, the Eternal War could be over for the devils within weeks unless they found an alternative quickly. However, the devils whisper that he is trying to create new devils to further increase his influence across the Nine Hells instead of just constructs.

All of Helheim knows that when The Usurper controls The Foundry, he controls the war. There must always be a Master of The Foundry to ensure The Nine Hells hold power and Hadak plans on keeping his title.
