The Hound of Set
A nightmarish beast from the realm of The Comet Lord.
If only Rykard had the insight to truly understand the hubris of summoning such an entity. The Hound of Set desires nothing more than destruction. It is a creature of ruin. It does not consume its prey to satiate an insatiable hunger; it only wishes to assure that its prey faces true annihilation.
Despite Rykard summoning the hound on multiple occasions to fight off the forces of Valenthalas - no one has seen the beast as a whole. With a simple gesture from Rykard aimed at his opponent, a rift in reality tears open and The Hound of Set lunges out. The colossal creature immediately bites its prey with it terrible maw and recoils back. Looming over the battlefield like a tower, it's body still extends into the rift beyond sight.
It's head reminiscent of a crocodile head, it's huge maw contains two rows of teeth that continue into its neck. It's multiple sets of eyes on its head and neck glow, one could imagine the beast moving through the dark of space appearing like a cluster of stars. The writhing tentacles that come from the back of its head drape over its colossal body like long strands of hair. It's body seems to be almost snake-like, but with an unknown amount of limbs - at least 12 have been counted.
When summoned, any creature within the presence of The Hound of Set can feel a psionic aura that permeates the area. Each creature within the area can feel pure hatred emanating from the hound itself. I desire for destruction, to bring ruin to everything around it.
