Ysabelle, Vampire Lady

Ysabelle Itherius, a member of The High Council of Ormenvahl and the ruler of the state Itheria.

As one of the oldest known vampires (other than Viktor Barotharius), she is one of the most respected and feared of The High Council. Unlike Viktor's boastful egotistical nature, she is calm, cold and calculated. She is always seen wearing Itherian attire which includes beautiful dress with filigree designs and pieces of decorative armour.
Being an ancient vampire means she is one of the most deadly known creatures, but she like the rest of the council members find most threats a nuisance. She always has a couple of her Itherian Royal Guards in tow.

Over the centuries, the state of Itheria and Barotharia have been at odds with each other. It is a constant campaign of deception and ruthless politics. But despite all of this, they are united against the mortals that serve them.

The High Council's work to control the living masses below them has proven difficult at times, but Ysabelle is considered the most radical member by most. Suggesting tactics that are less brutish and much more sinister.

Instead of spending time just striking fear into the hearts of mortals, she suggested to give them some power to hold onto. Something to satiate their lack of control over their lives, to keep them quiet and docile. Let them take care of tasks beneath them and fight the monsters that plague the lands.
All this would require is some clever acting on The High Council's part and giving meaningless responsibilities foolish mortals. This made most of The High Council uneasy, but in an odd act of solidarity, Viktor supported this great deception.

Thus, The Low Council and The Crimson Hunters were formed.
