Judge and his Justicars
Judge is a powerful Cleric of Order. As an paragon of law and order he commands his loyal Justicars to carry out swift justice against those that would bring chaos to the world.
Looming over most, Judge wears an intimidating headpiece that depicts multiple expressions while hiding his own. If that wasn’t enough to strike fear into criminals, he also carries around a two-handed gavel to strike down agents of chaos.
His Justicars wear similar garb, but their headpieces depict blinding visors over their Judge-like masks.
